How do I cancel my subscription?

metanoia Pro is billed through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose metanoia, and tap Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all of your data (tasks, goals, journal, prayers, and progress) and cannot be undone. You can also email us to request deletion.

How do the daily reminders work?

You can turn on a daily reminder and choose its time during onboarding or in Profile → Daily reminder. Reminders are sent locally from your device — turn them off anytime there.

What is Ezra?

Ezra is an AI Bible study tool that helps you understand Scripture. It points you back to the Bible and is not a replacement for Scripture, your church, or professional advice. See our Terms for details.

Which Bible translations are available?

metanoia includes public-domain translations (such as the World English Bible, King James Version, and Bible in Basic English). Licensed translations require your own configured source.

Is my journaling private?

Yes — your entries are tied to your account and protected so only you can access them. Text you choose to send to AI features is processed to generate your response. See our Privacy Policy.
